Shelley started Boot Camp over 10 years ago as a way to help more women reach their fitness goals. “We work hard but we also have a blast! We are a caring community of like minded women trying our best to improve our health with each workout. It’s not just about physical improvement. Together we also seek to improve the mental and spiritual. Come get to know us. Laugh with us, pray with us, and even sing along to our awesome playlist with us. Whatever you do, don’t be intimidated! We are just normal everyday gals working at our own level.” Live & BASIC30 camps are available as well as GOfit▶ videos for use at home or on the go.

Shelley became a personal trainer so that she could help women who are out of shape and intimidated by the gym to start living a healthy lifestyle. Her goal is to give you confidence in the gym, teach you what exercises you should be doing to reach your goals, and teach you how to safely perform those exercises to get the most benefit out of them. Shelley will monitor your form, make corrections when needed, and make sure you are gettting the most out of each workout.

The Follow Me Fit community helps keep you on track.
Shelley publishes a monthly blog to help educate and inspire you to reach your fitness goals while reminding you that you are not alone. She uses challenges and other motivational tools to get you involved and hold you accountable. You will get to know your fellow boot campers and enjoy commiserating during your workouts. It’s incredibly motivating knowing that someone is expecting you to show up and that they miss you when you don’t. We invite you to be a part of our community!!
