Can You Suggest a Weekly Workout Plan using GOfit▶?
GOfit▶ Videos / Boot Camp Live
- 3 day/week plan: M- boot camp live/video, W- boot camp live/video, Th/F- Fit Camp/B30 video
- 4 day/wk plan: same as 3 day/wk but add a day of mobility anywhere in the week that suits your schedule
- 5 day/week plan: same as 3 day/wk but add a day of mobility and another day of Fit Camp/B30 or cardio (walking, treadmill, elliptical, etc).
- Short Workout plan: Use the short 10-15 min videos 3-5 days a week each week during the month. It is a great way to easily step into the habit of working out almost daily. Just simply rotate through the videos. To round off your fitness program, you can always add in some walking and/or mobility when possible.
How Do I Get to my Workouts?
GOfit▶ Workout Videos: I will send out an email each month to those that have purchased GOfit for that month. The email will have the current Youtube playlists links to all the workout videos for you to select from. Just save the email and hit the links each time you want to workout. The links will be good through the last day of the month.

What Equipment Do I Need to Workout with GOfit▶?
- Non-sliding mat or soft space to do floor work
- Set of medium dumbbells – for most beginners this is 5-8-lbs
- Resistance band
- Occasionally, for variety’s sake, I will give you some exercises that use optional equipment. When I do, I will always give you a modification in case you do not have that equipment.
- See my fitfavs❤️ page for a list my fitness equipment favorites and recommendations
Optional Home Equipment That You Might Enjoy:
If you’d like to grow your home gym (or corner), here is a list of my favorite things to use during my at home workouts…
- Jump Rope (substitution: a water bottle or small weights in each hand)
- Kettlebell (substitution: 1 dumbbell)
- Stability Ball (55cm is a good average size for home use for an average height female)
- Aerobics Step or Weight Bench — used for step ups, dips, and as a weight bench to lay on – if purchasing make sure it is long enough to support your whole upper body: tailbone to head — (substitutions: stairs, chair, or floor)
- Lighter and Heavier sets of Dumbbells — This will give you options during the workout
(remember: these things are not required but they can help make your home workout experience better)

How Do I Troubleshoot Audio & Visual Problems?
What If I Have Trouble Hearing?
- Bluetooth headphones or an external bluetooth speaker connected to the same device you are using to access YouTube may give you better sound quality.
- Make sure your device or computer is not on mute and that the volume is up.
- If you have connected your device to your tv, remember that the volume is still through your device. Phones are typically not very loud. This is when a bluetooth speaker or headphones come in handy.
What If I Have Trouble Seeing You on My Small Screen?
You may want to use an HDMI cord from your device to your TV for a larger screen or project your device screen to your smart tv if you have capabilities for that. I have an adapter and cord listed on my fitfavs❤️ page.
How Do I Stay Safe While Exercising at Home?
- You’ll need about a 4′ square of blank floor space free of any obstructions in which to workout.
- Make sure the floor is stable and safe for you to move about. It should not be slippery and should be free of area rugs that might slip.
- Make sure there are no objects, pets, or unsecure furniture nearby that might fall on you or cause a fall.
- If you need to use a chair or other object during an exercise, make sure it is sturdy and will not slide out from under you. Securing against a wall is always a good safety option.
- Wear proper athletic footwear that protects the stability of your ankles and joints as well as keeps you from slipping and sliding during movement.
- Keep water handy and stay hydrated.
- Consulting a physician before starting an exercise program is always recommended but is especially true if you have any risk factors such as a history of heart issues or high blood pressure.
- Stop exercising immediately if you feel dizzy, fatigued, short of breath, chest discomfort, faint, or joint pain. Contact your doctor or other emergency care if needed.
- If you are unclear on the directions or have a physical limitation to a prescribed exercise, do not attempt it.
- If you have medical issues that may be aggravated by exertion, even if you have medical clearance to exercise, I would still recommend exercising with someone in the home with you in case of an emergency.
