Here is the challenge you have been waiting for that will help you find your inner athlete and Olympic spirit!! All you have to do is to complete as many events as you can to earn gold medals. The person with the most gold medals wins. It’s really that simple 🙂
Grand Prize: a free one on one personal training session (or for my out of town friends, we can do a phone consult or one month accountability).
Random Drawing from all completed entries: 5 free fit camp classes. Each medal earned gets you an entry in the random drawing. The more events you complete, the better chance you have of winning.
Here are the basics:
- You have from the opening ceremony (Aug 3rd) to the closing ceremony (Aug 21) to click off as many events as you can to earn gold medals. There are 12 events and 12 possible gold medals.
- Events do not have to be completed all at one time but may be accumulated throughout the Olympics. For example, one event is to run/walk a 10K (6.2 miles). You can run/walk 1 mile a day for 6 days or a half a mile a day on 12 different days. You could also click off the whole 6 in one day. The choice is yours. Divide it up any way you want.
- In order to participate, I just need to know you are in (email: followmefit@gmail.com) and hear from you each weekend as to your completed medal count thus far so I can update my leader board. This challenge is open to everyone. Feel free to invite friends to participate with you.
- At the end of the challenge you will turn in your tally sheet. They will be accepted through Wednesday, August 24th. (in person/email/photo text)
- I will announce the grand prize winner and have the random drawing for the fit camp classes the following week.
- In case of a winning medal tie, a drawing will be used as the tie breaker.
Let the games begin!!!
