Move with Purpose. Pray with Purpose. 💗

This October, we’re moving with purpose and praying with purpose! 💗 Our annual Pink Warrior Challenge is especially meaningful this year as we work together in honor of longtime FMF Boot Camper, Angie, who is currenty fighting cancer. Set your own movement goal, track it in 15-minute increments, and let every checkmark represent not only intentional movement, but a prayer for Angie and other warriors on your heart. 💪🏼🙏🏼

Move Because You Can

Sometimes we get so focused on what we can’t do that we forget to appreciate what we can. This month, let’s take a little inspiration from Dolly Parton and remember to be who we are, do what we can, and make the most of it. Move because you can.

Steady Growth

A homegrown tomato doesn't become sweet and juicy overnight. It takes daily care, patience, and steady growth. Our health is built the same way. Every workout, every healthy choice, and every small step matters—even when we can't see the results yet.

July News, Notes, & Breakfast 🇺🇸

July is a short Boot Camp month, so I'm keeping this newsletter simple! Inside you'll find a festive Red, White & Blue Protein Parfait idea that's perfect for holiday guests and family gatherings, plus I'm finally sharing my homemade granola recipe—the same one I use for the Christmas treats many of you have enjoyed over the years.

Don’t Start Over in August ☀️ 💪🏻

Summer doesn’t have to become a two-month pause button for your fitness goals. A little consistency — even short, simple workouts — can help you maintain strength and momentum so you don’t feel like you’re starting over when fall arrives.

Jesus Won!— So Train Like It

This morning in the gym mirror I didn’t see progress… I saw two words on my shirt: Jesus Won. We don’t train for victory. We train from it. Food isn’t sin. The gym isn’t salvation. And your worth was never tied to your waistline. We steward our bodies because we’re free — not because we’re striving. Full March blog post is live. 💛 (Grateful to rep @FCA and the reminder that the real victory is already secured.) #FaithAndFitness #JesusWon #StewardshipNotStriving

What I Learned from Wearing a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM)

Over the past few months, I experimented with a continuous glucose monitor (CGM)—a small device you attach to the back of your arm that tracks blood sugar in real time. I’ve always been sensitive to blood sugar swings, but earlier this year I noticed those “funny feelings” happening more often. Out of curiosity (and concern), … Continue reading What I Learned from Wearing a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM)
