Be a Positive, Strong Woman!

When you picture a positive, strong woman, what comes to mind? She is…

✨ Steady — her family and friends can lean on her

✨ Self-disciplined — she’s in control of her choices

✨ Grounded — she manages her life; it doesn’t manage her

✨ Confident — she is not easily deceived

✨ Empowered — she equips herself with the knowledge she needs

✨ Capable — she can do hard things with grace

✨ Resilient — when she falls, she gets back up and learns from it

That’s the woman Operation Bible Study is stepping into this week and we are inviting all of you to join us —especially when it comes to our relationship with food.

The Challenge This Week (or this month): To be a strong woman in your food decisions. This means:

💛 You empower yourself with knowledge—what is truly healthy, not just marketed as such

💛 You make choices that build your body, not break it down

💛 You display self-control—not perfection—but intentionality

💛 You are not easily swayed by others’ choices or by momentary cravings

A strong woman does not feel deprived when she turns down something that harms her body. Even if it seems delicious “in the moment,” she knows what comes afterward—sluggishness, frustration, discouragement, loss of momentum. She’s been down that road—and she’s tired of living defeated.

So she changes the story.

She doesn’t throw a pity party because others had fried food, rich sauces, or desserts. She doesn’t compare herself to “everyone else.” Why? Because she’s not everyone else. She wants to be healthy. She wants strength. She wants freedom. And she is willing to choose what leads her there. A strong woman feels empowered knowing that her small choices add up to long-term results. She reminds herself: This is my life. My body. My future. And I am capable of making choices that honor it.

To paraphrase Elizabeth Gilbert: She wears a backbone, not a wishbone.

This week (or month)—place your backbone where your wishbone used to be and use this Food Awareness Guide to help teach you how to control your choices.

💪🏻 Be that strong woman. 💪🏻One meal at a time. 💪🏻One decision at a time.

💪🏻 You can do this healthy, fit thing—one week at a time.
